Rastas was selling tips for Saturday 6th October
Canberra race 1 on Friday- High Density. Should be $10 or $12 dollars. Especially if it rains on Friday morning

I thought Above Average and Macedonian were close to a good quinella. Suprised they are both at 10's. I will be having a bit on both and standing them in my exotics.
Thanks for all the well wishes. High Density ran as well as we could have hoped and never stopped trying. Goes to the paddock now and hopefully comes back bigger and stronger. Might be a handy handicapper/country cups horse as a 4yr old
Good luck mate. What is the horses name. I will help cheer him home for you.
Have paid up for High Density to run in the Derby on Saturday. Pie in sky but you have to be in it to win it. Will be a big thrill to be part of the day.
Finally broke through today with a great win as a maiden against the older horses in a benchmark 70. Along way up in class if we pay up for the Derby, but you have to be in it to win it and he will stay all day.
Danleigh did win the Manikato first up against a very good field of sprinters. He might prove to be too good and the $4 does look a little overs.
I have Warringah, Changing of the Guard & Kirklees. I am think in a wide open Cup I have a good chance of collecting, but this cup seems as open as any I can remember.
He will have to start and win in the next week or he is big trouble. If he can get a win at his next start he may be able to sneak into the field in one of the minor lead ups like the 2500m race on derby day. But you are right, time has nearly run out.
Last chance. $21 in the Guineas. Could be as short as $7 or $8 after Saturday
Plugger, I will stop backing him now if you will give me $6 on race day.
$50 worth of bets resulted in a collect of $4337.74. I Hope someone else cleaned up. I had a stand out Exacta for $5(cost $10) with Chabal to from 2/5 = $0, I had a boxed Quin for $5(cost $15) = $233, I had a boxed Tri for $2.50 (cost $15) = 1605.50 and I had a F4 - 2-4-5/2-4-5/2-4-5/F for $10 w...
Sorry Kagan, but i think you have done your cash. After she gets well beaten in the Dato Chin Nam you will be able to get 50/1.
If M.Kent can get Darcarwasha back to the track in one piece he has alot of ability. Is 200/1 probably should be 1000/1, but a smokey for your doubles.
G'day,I notice that you are interested in buying a share in a Racehorse. I have 2 10% shares left in my Carnegie Yearling at $3600 which covers all costs until September. He won't be broken until later in the year as he will be a stayer and we are not keen to rush him. He is out of the Zoffany...
Orca bolts in for mine. I think he will win this, then win the Rough Habit 2020m and the then win the Derby. Far too good for this mob
I didn't even tip it even though I think it wins. Just hoping it wins for you. Good Luck mate.
We all see horses from time to time that we have backed for a couple of starts and given yup on them only for them to win at nice odds at their next start but three in a couple of days hurts big time. I have tipped and backed the following three horses at their last start or two only to drop off...
What we won on Monday we gave half back on Tuesday. Maybe something Special for Wednesday.
I think he has group potential and I am not overly concerned by his racing style. 6f and 7f group1's generally generate a lot of pressure on up front with a hot tempo which will allow him to settle back and come with a wet sail. Will never beat First Command over 1000m but 1200m-1400m is a total...
Thankyou guys.I was down at the local collecting a couple of tickets when they were moving in. I remebered reading this thread so I had $20 on the Quin(paid $12), $10 on the exacta(Pd $13.60), and $5 on the trifecta with 3-5/3-5/1-2(Would you believe it paid $74.10). As you might guess I think y...
Cop the tip. This filly can gallop. Has not raced or trialed since 27/12/08 but my mail suggests it is not far from returning and will win first up.
If it is workable I like it. A few weeks ago I declared in my tips that my tip for the last in Sydney was the BET OF THE CENTURY, early in the morning on a dead 4 track. Unfortunately it poured with rain approaching the back half of the meeting and I wished I could take the comment back. Fortu...
Has everyone written off Racing to Win. He is unbeaten 2nd up. I would not be backing him to beat TT on good ground, but rain affected is a different story.
This is D-Day, his only win was over this course and distance in a listed race in the Spring of his 3yo year. Was a strong win against a resonable field, and was backed from 12/1 into 4/1 late in betting. I love the Carnegie breed and have a nice yearling at home myself (the 2010 VRC derby winn...
