Tickets to next month's groundbreaking Canterbury v Melbourne match at Virgin Australia Stadium Mackay are now on sale to the general public.

The special Bulldogs Members pre-sale saw all grandstand seating snapped up in a little over 10 minutes amongst over 2,500 tickets sold, however there is still plenty of general admission seating available for the Sunday 24 June match.

"We love connecting with our Queensland based Members and supporters and the game at Virgin Australia Stadium presents the perfect opportunity," Bulldogs chief executive officer Todd Greenberg says.

"We are proud to be a part of the first ever Telstra Premiership match to be played in Mackay and with home town boys Ben Barba and Dane Nielsen lining up on either side interest in the match will extreme.

"I'd suggest those looking at coming along to act fast to secure themselves a seat."

General admission tickets are just $25 an adult or $20 concession/junior (Juniors: 5-12 years inclusive. Children 4 and under are free on the knee, unless occupying a seat).

Tickets will be available to the general public via www.mackaytix.com.au, or by calling the box office on 07 4961 9777.
