The top three teams in the English Super League clash during round 23 of the competition. League leaders Wigan host Hull FC while the second place Warrington clash with the third ranked St Helens.
Wigan is coming off a 40-16 thrashing of Castleford Tigers and will be out to strengthen their grip on the minor premiership. The Warriors have won their last five games against Hull FC and will be looking for another consistent performance.
Hull FC, who defeated Salford City Reds 34-26 on Sunday, are eyeing off a top eight finish, but coach Peter Gentle says a much more consistent effort will be needed.
"It is frustrating because we are looking at the semi-finals coming up and if you get 12 points up in a semi-final you can't gift teams field position the way we did against Salford," Gentle said.
Both Warrington and St Helens recorded 30 plus wins in their round 22 fixtures and head into their second versus third clash in good form.
Warrington smashed Bradford 50-22 with Aussie Joel Monaghan crossing for a try, while ex-NRL stars Anthony Laffranchi and Lance Hohaia were instrumental in the Saints 46-12 victory over Huddersfield.
St Helens are attempting to break their run of five straight grand final losses and interim coach Mike Rush believes the team is well on their way to keeping that dream alive.
"We want to finish off the season as well as we can," Rush told BBC sport.
"We want to entertain, that's always been the club's philosophy, and we showed some signs of doing that tonight.
"But if we want to get to the grand final and win the grand final we have to defend well, that has to be our platform, and we did that in the second half in particular."
LIVE coverage of Wigan versus Hull FC starts at 5am on Saturday morning 4/8 with Warrington versus St Helens LIVE at 5am on Tuesday 7/8.
