The scene has been set for a do or die World Cup Rugby League encounter on the Gold Coast tomorrow night with the campaigns of both New Zealand and PNG hinging on securing the World Cup points at Skilled Park.

Gallant against the English in Townsville, the Adrian Lam coached Kumuls will be looking for a fairy tale result against the Kiwis and are certainly set to enter the match as sentimental favourites.

A loss to the Kumuls would almost certainly result in the star studded Kiwis being forced to pack their bags for an embarrassing trip back across the Tasman.

On a night where Australia will unite to cheer against their traditional rivals in both Rugby League and in the Bledisloe Cup match in Hong Kong, the New Zealanders will be desperate for a vocal Kiwi crowd to help cheer them home.

One of Australia's toughest Rugby League campaigners Gordon Tallis believes the Kiwis are in for an extremely tough night against a fearless and courageous PNG outfit which boasts exciting young Gold Coast Titans player David Moore.
