St Helens have announced their squad for Friday's Stobart Super League Round 12 match against Widnes Vikings.

Carl Forster comes in for Josh Perry whilst Adam Swift and Joe Greenwood retain their places.

There is also a return for Lee Gaskell.

Widnes are seeking their first Super League victory against St Helens on Friday night, in their second meeting in six days following last Saturday's Challenge Cup clash.

St Helens have won the last 13 games between the sides, with Widnes' last victory coming at home, 20-17 in the Stones Bitter Championship, on 4 April, 1994. Their last away win at St Helens was 20-12 in the Stones Bitter Championship on 1 April, 1991. Saints have won nine consecutive home fixtures with Widnes since then.
