Queensland's dominance over NSW doesn't look like finishing anytime soon after they opened $1.70 favourites to claim an eighth successive series.

The Maroons will have the added benefit of two games at Suncorp Stadium which ensures they are rated the team to beat.

"The Blues developed a tremendous following throughout this year's series and I doubt they have lost any supporters after their heartbreaking 21-20 loss," said TAB Sportsbet's Matt Jenkins.
