Money is favouring Canterbury today; the first time they have been more popular since betting opened on the Grand Final last Saturday.

Overall money is still favouring Melbourne 60:40 but Canterbury are gathering support.

This morning Canterbury opened $6 favourites for the 2013 premiership and have already attracted the most support.

"We anticipate the trend back towards the Bulldogs should continue in the build up to Sunday's Grand Final," said TAB's Matt Jenkins.

"Melbourne should retain favouritism and will aim to become the sixth straight favourite to win the NRL Grand Final.

"The last team to cause an upset in the decider was Brisbane back in '06."

CAM SMITH the most popular in Clive Churchill medal betting. Michael Ennis ($21 into $17) also popular today.

RYAN HOFFMAN ($13) is tipped to score the opening try. He has scored four tries in his last four games. Billy Slater ($9) also wanted.
