The return from injury of internationals Lote Tuqiri and Gareth Ellis should make Wests Tigers' task of extending their six-game winning streak a formality when the Tigers host the Gold Coast at Campbelltown Stadium in the last Monday night game of the season.

The Tigers have not given up hope of finishing in the top four but will need to win their last two games by solid margins if they are to host a home final.

Tuqiri may be rusty on the left flank after a frustrating run of injuries but Ellis should slot back into the second row seamlessly after missing only one match with a troublesome groin.

Tigers coach Tim Sheens will be drilling into his players the importance of maintaining intensity over the final fortnight of the regular season because of the less-than-ideal circumstance of playing lowly rated teams in the lead-up to the finals. The Tigers face Cronulla at Toyota Stadium in Round 26.

Expect the Tigers to score a try as First Scoring play and to win by a 13+ margin.

Best chances for First Tryscorer are Blake Ayshford, Tim Moltzen and Mitch Brown for Wests Tigers or David Mead or William Zillman for the Titans.
