New Zealand Rugby League is pleased to announce the appointment of coaching and management staff for the NZ Residents team for 2011.

The Coach will be Brent Stuart, the Assistant Coach, Brent Gemmell, the Manager, Dwayne Fyfe and the Trainer Darrell Coad.

Brent Stuart, Kiwi No. 632 played 14 tests for the Kiwis before turning his hand to coaching. In 2010 he was named Co-Coach of the NZ Residents, along with Dwayne Fyfe who was the 2010 Manager.

Stuart is current Coach of the South Island Scorpions Premiers team which will play Auckland Pride, coached by Brent Gemmell, tomorrow for the Albert Baskerville trophy. He along with Fyfe and Coad also held their respective roles with the 2010 Southern Zone National Competition Premier team.

NZRL Football Manager Dan Floyd said, "We had a number of very high quality applicants for all these roles, but all of these guys current experience and success within our National Competition made them the stand out applicants."

The NZ Residents team will be announced at the conclusion of the National Competition, the final of which will be at Massey Park, Papakura at 2.30pm October 15.

The NZ Residents team will play NZ Maori at Mt Smart No. 2 at 3.30pm on October 30, this game will follow the National Competition 15s and 17s finals which start at 12.10pm that day.
