The Titans Under-20s started well to lead 10-0 in the opening half, but the Knights clawed their way back into the match with a try just before the halftime break.
The Knights levelled the scores at 10-all with the first try after hafltime and then edged ahead with another to lead 14-10 with 14 minutes remaining.
The Titans had several prime attacking opportunities in Knights territory in the final 10 minutes but were unable to land the killer blow as the home side held on for a narrow victory.
