Castleford player Ryan McGoldrick has been suspended for two matches after being found guilty of illegal use of the forearm/elbow in a 42nd-minute tackle on Widnes Steve Pickersgill in a Super League Round 13 fixture on Monday May 7.

McGoldrick, who pleaded guilty to the Grade B offence when he appeared before the RFL Disciplinary Committee in Leeds this afternoon, was also fined &;300

Wakefield player Matt James has been suspended for one match and fined &;300 for striking Carl Forster of St Helens with his elbow in a Round 13 fixture at Langtree Park on Friday May 4.
