by NRLParramatta front rower Tim Mannah believes that the basis of the Eels' winning streak is their willingness to dig in defensively.
"We haven't had too many big wins like that, so it was a great feeling," Mannah told Eels Digital.
"We're looking forward to having some more good performances for the rest of the season."
The 42-22 win over Brisbane marked the first time this season that Parramatta had won back to back games and Mannah was careful to point out the Eels couldn't get carried away.
"As excited as we are about the last two weeks, it's important that we let them go and learn what we can from them. We can take confidence from them but we can't dwell on them."
The biggest plus, Mannah said, was the improvement in Parramatta's defence - which has conceded just 32 points in two weeks and allowed the Eels to attack freely.
"As long as we are willing to roll our sleeves up and get dirty in defence, then we can throw the ball around like we have."
