Darius Boyd is named at fullback in place of Kevin Naiqama and Zeb Taia replaces Kade Snowden in the front row.
The Knights have added Chris Adams, who has played three NRL games this season, and Kyle O'Donnell to an extended bench. O'Donnell, who is yet to make his NRL debut, has spent this week in camp with the NSW Cup Representative team and will play in the curtain raiser game to Wednesday's Origin decider at Suncorp Stadium.
The results of Snowden's knee scans today confirmed he will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.
