by NRLRabbitohs fullback Greg Inglis was successful in having his Grade 4 Dangerous Contact charge downgraded at the NRL Judiciary.
Judiciary panel members Michael Buettner, Chris McKenna and Mal Cochrane found that the grade 4 charge was excessive and that a grade 3 was the appropriate level of grading.
The charge attracts 400 points, but with the 25% discount for the early guilty plea this is reduced to 300 points resulting in Inglis missing the next three matches. Inglis will return against the Sharks in Round 24.
