Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs captain Michael Ennis has sent a vote of thanks to all those Bulldogs Members and fans who attended Saturday night's win over South Sydney on behalf of the team and club.

"I'm not sure our Members and fans appreciate just how much we as players feel their support when we're out on the field.

"On Saturday night against the Rabbitohs, we sure felt the groundswell of support that came our way as we worked to come out on top of a side in great form. The fact the support came in pretty ordinary conditions just made it all the more exceptional.

"I'm not exaggerating when I say the noise of the crowd helped get us over the line in those final minutes. And as such I want to say thank you to everyone who came out - hopefully our next home game at ANZ Stadium is a lot more comfortable for everyone!"

The Bulldogs next home game at ANZ Stadium comes in round 19 of the 2012 season, when Canterbury face off against old rivals Parramatta for the Bandaged Bear Cup.
