Bulldogs sign Perrett brothers

have bolstered their playing roster with New Zealand International Sam Perrett to join the Club effective immediately.

Perrett has played 148 games for the Sydney Roosters since debuting for the Club against Newcastle in round 15 of the 2004 season.

He joins the Bulldogs on a three and a half year deal which takes him through to the end of the 2015 season.

Joining Perrett at the Bulldogs will be younger brother Lloyd, who represented Queensland in its win over NSW Under 18's at ANZ Stadium prior to State of Origin two last week in Sydney.

The younger Perrett will take the space in the Bulldogs Toyota Cup program vacated by Samisoni Langi, who will now join the Roosters immediately after signing with them for 2013 earlier in the season.

"With the ongoing injury issues we have been facing with our outside backs Sam is certainly a handy pick up," Bulldogs coach Des Hasler said.

"He is a New Zealand Test player and has a wealth of first grade experience.

"Lloyd is also a solid acquisition for our 20's program. We look forward to having them both on board."
