The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Toyota Cup side heads to Brisbane on Saturday for a must win second semi final against the Melbourne Storm.

The Bulldogs have added bench half Samisoni Langi to the list of 17 players involved in the loss to the Cronulla Sharks at the Sydney Football Stadium in week one of the Finals, the Sharks producing a near flawless second half display to finish over the top of the Dogs to the tune of 28 points to 12.

The Bulldogs led the match 12-0 at half time but were overrun by the 63rd minute, with Cronulla scoring six tries in all during a half in which they completed 22 of 23 sets and received six penalties to the Bulldogs none.

Saturday's match against the Storm presents a different kind of challenge after they ended the Sydney Roosters run of 11 straight victories on Friday night.

"Certainly we've got everything to play for this week," Bulldogs Toyota Cup coach Andy Patmore says. "It's sudden death, and Melbourne has just beaten us twice (in 2011) towards the back end of games, so the boys will certainly be ready.

"Everything's got to count. Every decision, every action we take could either continue our season or end our season."

Patmore says the 18 players named give the side some stability heading into Saturday's clash, which kicks off at 4.15pm and is a pre-cursor to the NRL second semi final between the Brisbane Broncos and St George-Illawarra Dragons at Suncorp Stadium.

"A couple of little niggles here and there, but we're going to go with generally the same 17," Patmore added. "They've bounced back pretty well."

The Bulldogs remain alive in both the Toyota Cup and NSW Cup competitions, with the minor premiership winning NSW Cup side earning a week off following its come from behind 24-22 win over Balmain Ryde-Eastwood on Saturday at Belmore Sports Ground.
