Can't believe Fair Trade is $7 in markets around the country for this event. Looks a perfect opportunity to make a green book to me, because if Fair Trade lines up in this event, it will not be $7. It was even $7.50 this morning, and really, you'd have to think Whobegotyou won't be running. Even if it does, it better have all cylinders firing to beat this one.
yea i agree he is a class below but could bob up in a restricted race at moonee valley one day because he might be a horse that just handles the valley very well. i realise not a very good horse but could be a nice bet when gets right race. obviously no chance today though
toptipster - its funny how you didn't mention everything the jockey said after the race - he said he thought the horse didn't back up in the 9 days since its last run or maybe it was the class rise but he felt the horse didnt back up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't just hear the things you want to hear ! Your pick Fravashi no good and I saved on Heart of Dreams, as I mentioned in my posts. I also mentioned if they go hard he wins and if they don't he will have his work cut out.....U cant say they went along at a good clip can you ?
You're v sensitive Leeroy :-). I actually think Huxssen's run was very good, just not proven himself this class yet. Agree Fravashi disappointing, but what the f#%k was McEvoy doing taking him to the lead?? He's never led before and was a sitting shot in the straight. I'm dismissing that run and keeping faith with him. Challenge: If Huxssen finishes ahead of Fravashi when they next meet I'll buy your following Sat tips, if he doesn't you buy mine???
Fravashi just may just not be at 1600. When going hard on Heart of Dreams early on, I remember Fravashi being beaten in QLD as 1.40 or 1.50 fav, and I'm pretty sure that was 1600m. Heart of Dreams is a very good horse.
You are right Ta but that was on a bog track (TJ Smith 1600m). Still the run was ordinary from Fravashi. Better ridden cold. Another gem from McEvoy. Heart Of Dreams is going to be a very good horse next season in the big mile races. Take a bow Craig Newitt. Better ride than what he produced on Light Fantastic last week
I was merely stating the FACTS toptipster......lets see what race they are in, what track etc before making that bet. I have faith in the horse so I wouldn't be shying away from a bet. Like I have already said, with some pace on I think he can win anything......where's do they go next ?? Rosehill/Randwick Guineas ?
[Leeroy] just a quick follow up comment. I said on March 8th (see above) that I thought Huxssen's run was very good in the Guineas. Backed him today with a decent wager and he duly saluted. Was in his right class today and I thought he was a moral. Hope you had plenty on him too.....:-)
