Ha Ha Marki .
GLTD of course you are suspicious !
Dan O somehow Manly don't look like choking anytime soon .
If we were to give a coach of the year so far ! Not binding just what has gone on so far , well my vote goes to Toovey .
Kept that team going when Des left . Has it firing now when it has no right to play well with all the drama they have had . Lots of guts and toughness .
Second Ivan Cleary . Has Penrith top four after getting rid of the supposed best players in the squad . Financial constraints and the like still no problem for cool Ivan .
Worst coaches ...Wayne Bennett and Ricky Stuart

we are all league fans aren't we,many thanks to most of you, lets face it is a long season, state of origin, injuries & suspensions I can understand your frustrations over it! you've probably got the best pack in the comp, lafai is a real talent.you guys are always hard to beat no matter what.we got you down at brookie & you guys returned serve the same a few weeks later,i can live with that.players as well as coaches change clubs on a regular basis.i definitely would go down in some peoples books as a one-sided supporter, however I still can open the other eye when my side is not playing & admire good open footy.i have a lot of respect for your club & regardless of anything steve Mortimer would always be admired as an all-time great of league no matter what club he played for,he was simply a brilliant player! don't tell me you don't have some mates that support other teams? I call them as i see them like everyone else, you can believe that.you will be smiling this time tomorrow night when you pick up the 2 points! take it easy seaeagles.

balso, many thanks buddy I agree fully with your comment on worst coaches, the raiders are just going from bad to worst every week & the way it is going could end up outright last.why the media frenzy is not on his back is a complete mystery! as for wayne bennett,he has got the overall record behind him, however hes too old I feel to coach the young guys these days.the knights thought they had a messiah with tinkler,as soon as the bottom falls out bennett leaves them in the lurch & doesn't see out his contract! if times get tough in Brisbane, would you trust him to stay? I reckon not! good luck tomorrow night mate I think the bulldogs will really thump Penrith as they deserved to go down to the sharks at Bathurst on sat.see you mate! seaegles.

The last word I would describe myself as Balso, no need to be offensive. I have always been friendly to you, well most of the time. Yes Brett does seem to be a nice guy, will look good in blue and white. hehehe

It is hard to dislike Manly like in the Silvertails days. They aren't that club. It is like looking back at Canterbury 1980's and 90's. Drama going on but win tough on the field still. Like those Bulldog sides back then not many teams turn up and outmuscle them and you would know that even if you beat them you are going to cop it physically. Tough club now. Hasler and Toovey and the type of players they have have instilled that in them.
Balso

Surely Nancy it is for others to decide .

@Balso you said - you know that. Can't take a little joke as usual. Hardly any females post on here I wonder why?

I should have mentioned earlier that last Saturday Graham Herring, a 2nd rower in the early 70s passed away from cancer at only 64. He was a member of the great 71 and 72 reserve grade premiership winning sides. They were unbelievably good teams. He was a lovely person and deserves a mention.

@seaeagles; Weather you are playing jokes with us bulldogs supporters, or weather you are a Manly supporter is your business, after all we had someone who called himself Smack on our previous site for quite a while, who supported Parra.
As far as us winning against Penrith because they played so badly last week. Let me remind you that a fair few teams we played this year have played poorly the week prior to playing us only to play out of their skins and beat us easily the following week, including the Rotters, Manly and 2 weeks ago the Tigers.
The Panthers won't be the same side that lost to the Sharks come this Friday night.

@Bushman Are we for 1second suggesting that seaegles is not Kcams?

bushman, I enjoy a good laugh at the best of times however when im talking footy I am quite serious really! I watch nearly every game each week as most likely you guys do as well.i have nothing against Penrith, but Cronulla wanted it more & fifita played his only decent game this season.please forget that I mentioned that name,as I reckon he is generally an over-rated player.penrith play extremely structured footy, that can be boring to watch.you might have to watch out for Moylan at the back,he can play & injury-free will get better, mansour is still out? they have a pretty good pack, but yours is stronger mate.hasler & tooves are very similar with imparting their passion into their teams as you know.most clubs have a hiccup or 2 through a long-gruelling season, but the old-saying of the cream rising to the top will come to the 4. you will be right mate, keep the faith.in with regard that a few teams that played poorly the week before & then turned up to play the next week,we could maybe put some of this inconsistency down to poor or perhaps biased referees.i remember after you guys lost to the tigers des approached refs boss archer, about only 1 team out on the field being refereed! a great observation I would say, look at all the betting going on with sports,i don't believe we are all naïve enough to think that every result we see is a clean one without a little corruption involved somewhere? I think dessie was getting around to that point in his press conference after the loss to the tigers! Reynolds inclusion, with a few rockets from des, will see you guys back in the winners circle.i just love my footy mate.cheers seaeagles.

The Panthers have a new half play this week Will Smith ... we may have to watch him.

HD...you would have to say the Corby Sisters...some poor demented fools actually think Schapelle was innocent...g'day Wes.. Find one who thinks Carney isn't a dope of the highest proportion and may change mind....though in reality you are correct.
