The WOW Brisbane Broncos under-20s side put on an impressive display, demolishing the Manly Sea Eagles 42-12 at Suncorp Stadium today.

After going to the half-time break just four-points in front, the Broncos took control in the second half, piling on five tries unanswered tries..

Only three minutes had passed in the second half before substitute hooker Tom Butterfield (pictured) darted from dummy half to extend the Broncos lead.

Ben Hunt nailed his shot at goal and the gap was increased to 22-12.

The Baby Broncos were in again after substitute forward Troyden Watene put a little grubber through on the line, which was gathered and shipped to winger Jharal Yow Yeh who scored in the corner.

Hunt's conversion attempt hit the upright and missed, but the Broncos led 26-12 after 62 minutes.

The young guns weren't done there, and Watene got a deserved four-pointer of his own just 3 minutes later.

Hunt unusually missed the conversion from right in front, leaving the home side three converted tried in front.

Making it four unanswered Hunt crossed for his second in the 70th minute beating some tired defence.

Hunt mended his kicking boots and slotting the ball between the uprights, moving the Broncos to a 36-12 lead.

It was the captain's turn next with Alex Glenn joining the backline at pace to muscle his way over.

Another successful conversion saw the score blow out to a 30 point lead.

Keeping the away side scoreless in the second-half, the Broncos ran out victors 42-12.

It took just 8 minutes until the home side had crossed for their first through five-eight Jared Kahu who stood up the defence with good footwork to score in the corner.

Hunt converted and the Broncos lead 6-0.

The Broncos squandered several chances close to the line and paid the price with Manly centre Mark Page hitting the line hard just five metres out.

Cherry-Evans converted from the side-line and the scores were level 6-6 after 20 minutes.

It didn't take long for the Broncos to regain control, this time through Hunt who through a dummy under the posts to cross for a simple four-pointer.

He converted his own try and the Broncos were up 12-6 after 27 minutes.

The Broncos were in again just four minutes later when good hands created a gap for centre Will Tupou who used his strength to carry the defence over the line.

Hunt missed the conversion leaving the Broncos 10 in front.

On the stroke of half time the visitors mounted a strong attack and got one back through five-eight Keiran Foran.

Cherry Evans' kick was successful and the Broncos lead was reduced to just four.

BRISBANE BONCOS (B Hunt 2, J Kahu, W Tupou, T Butterfield, J Yow Yeh, T Watene, A Glenn tries; B Hunt 5 goals)
MANLY SEA EAGLES (M Page, K Foran; D Cherry-Evans 2 goals)
